Help us break down cardboard and take excess trash and other debris to the dump for proper disposal!
Frequency:
- As needed: 1x per week - flexible on which day as long as it's during our hours of operation Monday-Thursday from 10am-4pm
Key Responsibilities
- Gather extra cardboard that doesn’t fit in our recycling and haul it to the large cardboard recycling dumpster at the landfill.
- Remove excess debris, trash and unwanted items from the Commons property and haul to the dump for proper disposal.
Skills & Qualifications
- Volunteer will ideally have a truck or trailer that they can use to haul cardboard and trash.
- A driver's license is required
Physical Requirements (if applicable)
Able to safely lift and carry heavy cardboard and throw it into the larger cardboard dumpster at the dump (this is a lot of physical work!)
- Ability to lift excess debris, trash and other unwanted items into trailer and dispose of at the dump.
