Join us for a Zero Waste Stock Community Cooking Class!
This will be a special class taught by Josie Ross from Kneeling Nun Mercantile. She will be teaching how to make stock out of leftover vegetable and chicken scraps AND demonstrate the process of canning stock.
In addition, NMSU Professor Amber Benson, Assistant Family and Consumer Science Agent, will be there to help with the class. It is sure to be a fun and informative class!
